What is a SingPass account?

SingPass is an online account management for access to Singapore Government e-services. If you are a first-time employer, you need a SingPass to pass the Employers' Orientation Programme (EOP). You can find more information on the EOP here. 

If you are registering a new Singpass account, the fastest way to do so is over a physical counter. Counter locations can be found here.

Once the account is set up, please download the SingPass mobile app and register for the online course here.
