Home leave for Filipino helpers

If your helper is Filipino and returning to the Philippines, as part of the home leave processing, she has to apply for the authenticated contract and obtain the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) from the Philippines Embassy before she leaves. She would also have to obtain the Performance Bond. 

A home leave processing takes 10-14 days and must be completed before the departure date. For a home leave during Christmas or graduation season (in March/April), it is recommended to apply one month prior.
