What does the transfer date refer to?

The transfer date of a helper is the date that she is able to start working for a new employer. This date is provided by the current employer. All helpers displayed on our website have received consent from their current employers that includes the transfer date. 

Please note that this transfer date is subject to final confirmation from the current employer during the transfer process. However, our agency communicates with all parties at every step to work towards a smooth transition.
