Should I set a curfew for my helper on her rest day?

Employers are required to provide a regular rest day to ensure that helpers get enough mental and physical rest. 

Should you wish to implement a curfew, do discuss it prior to hiring her to set reasonable expectations between both parties. 

Please note that if your residential address is in a location that is more difficult to access, such as in Sentosa or East Coast, more leeway should be provided for a curfew if there is one set.
