Is there a refund for the hostel booking for dates not stayed?

If you have booked a period of stay for your helper at Gap Year hostel but she does not stay for the entire duration, you are able to request a refund for the dates not used. 

Please notify Gap Year hostel or our agency at least one day in advance on days that would be not be used as well as the corresponding refund to be made.
