My helper needs to renew her passport. Who is responsible for paying the renewal fee?

The passport renewal fee can be borne by either the employer or the helper, depending on what has been mutually agreed upon by both parties. 

It is recommended that employers help them out with this renewal fee as it can be quite costly for the helper.
