My helper is sick. Who is responsible for her medical fees?

Employers are responsible for paying their helper’s medical fees, including hospitalization. This is per MOM regulations as stated here.

Fees can be fully or partially covered by the helper insurance purchased. Claims made are on a case-by-case basis.
