Should I increase the salary of my helper?

We recommend increasing your helper’s salary should you wish to reward and encourage her for good performance. You can find out more information on salary adjustments here. 

Besides increasing her salary, do also consider rewards such as: 

- A small gift on her birthday 

- Contributing to her annual leave at your discretion (for example, if your family is also going on holiday) 

- Sponsoring training or classes can also be great opportunities to show appreciation
