I have terminated a contract with my helper. Can I receive a refund of the insurance premium?
NTUC Income insurance that has 26 months coverage can be partially refunded if the contract was terminated within 12 months
Insurance premiums can be refunded at either a full or prorated amount based on the validity period of the insurance.
If NTUC Income insurance that has 26 months coverage was purchased, and a contract was terminated within the first 12 months, there will be a refund provided. This refund will automatically be transferred within 4 weeks of cancellation of the work permit.
