Can I get a reference from the helper’s current employer?

As part of our screening process and to provide prospective employers insight into finding the right helper, we display reference letters and feedback from current employers of helpers whenever available. 

You are able to download the reference letters and view the feedback on the helpers' profiles with our Premium plan. 

If there is no recommendation letter or feedback provided, you can contact the helper directly to ask for a reference from her current employer, if they are willing to do so.  

Besides references, the MOM employment history (PDF) and video presentations of helpers are also available to aid employers in their hiring decision.
