I have purchased the Premium plan but found a helper on my own. Can I get a refund?
A refund policy is available if you engage our agency for the subsequent work permit processing.
If you have found a helper on your own and choose to engage us for the work permit processing, we will provide a full refund of the Premium plan ($59) on your final invoice.
