How much should I pay my helper?

Salary amounts are negotiable between yourself and your helper. This should be discussed and agreed upon when you make an offer to a helper. Our most commonly signed salaries range between $650 and $750. 

Depending on experience and qualifications, salaries will differ accordingly. Employers might find that they need to pay a higher salary to hire and retain a more experienced helper.

Helpers should be paid on a monthly basis, typically at the end of the month. We recommend that their salaries to also be paid via bank transfer, in order to keep a record of payments.
