What is the consent to transfer?

The consent to transfer allows a helper to look for a job with her new employer. This is usually provided in a consent to transfer document/release paper that is signed by her current employer. 

As part of the screening process, our agency requires that all helpers have received the consent to transfer before we can help them look for a new employer and publish their profile on our website.
