Can I view a helper's medical report?

Employers can request the medical checkup report from helpers directly. Helpers whose work permits have been approved are certified fit for work.

Under MOM regulation, helpers working in Singapore are required to go for a medical checkup every 6 months. Our agency does not have on record medical checkup reports of helpers. If you would like to view the recent medical checkup report of a helper, please request this directly from her.

Please note however that helpers may not have the report, as clinics usually submit it directly to MOM upon completion of the checkup. As long as the work permit for a helper has newly or recently been approved, this means that she has passed the medical checkup and is certified healthy and fit to work.
